1. Administration
a) Member # 209 active members of RI as of 5/02/22 up from 191 on 2/17/22, 75 Memberships have Lapsed in 2021/2022 ,bank account:
1. $300 for BR Cleanup
2. $438 for arrows. Should last 2(?) years.
b) Should we apportion ~$50 per fun ride net proceeds for arrows? Alan says not unless need to. VOTE: Yes -we will reduce arrow costs for each event from proceeds
c) Golden Volunteer is a (NEMBA) volunteer tracking and engagement platform. Mark/Dennis: is it set up? Dennis to coordinate on Thursday 5/5 with Emily

e) General meeting discussion
1 Board votes to go hybrid going forward for all meetings.

5. Browning Mill bridges. Waiting on President to cut lumber and schedule. -Next section to be completed is immediately before the last boardwalk built. Still. -Date? Not yet.
6. Diamond Hill trail cleanup. Comments? – Went well trails were in great shape already.
7. Ryan Park. Still waiting for DEM to approve plans. – Alan reviewed Cocumcussoc site. Mostly undeveloped. Patrick: one good trail there would be great for N Kingstown
8. Roger Williams Park. Still waiting on President to flag.
9. DEM:
a) Maintenance MOU request. Nothing new.
b) Night riding pilot. Hope to debrief with DEM soon, discuss in June.
c) Trail re-route POC discussion. AMC. Still waiting on President to get off his keister.
d) Special license for >75. Nothing new.
1. Pinged DEM for Arcadia. No response yet. Need contingency. Discuss below.
e) Greasy Joe’s parking. No movement. DEM acknowledges issue.
f) May 7 DEM Trail Day.
1. Three people. Would like to get a few more.
g) Requested “Snow Grooming Pilot” discussion: clone of Night Riding Pilot.
10. Eastern States Cup Race (Dennis) – Went very well lots of shirts sold and new contacts made. Almost out of shirts. Next month – Orange shirts to be ordered
11. Woody Hill NEMBA trail grant proposal. – Submitted waiting to hear back form NEMBA
12. 1PVD Cycling in Merino Park. (Dennis) – 1PVD building a skills course. Looking for labor on build days.
13. RINEMBA tools from John Sumner (Dennis/Linda) trying to coordinate pick up. Have not heard back from John.
14. Beginner Clinic comments? (Chris P) (Chris P not in attendance)

15. Women’s Advanced Skills clinic (Chris N)
a) What help needed? Yes could use some help with set up.

Coaches compensation- coaches to be compensated with gift bags containing gift cards, swag, and shirts.

a) Need maps ASAP for permit. – Glenn to create

20. Donation to Westerly Land Trusts? $150 up to $200 to become Corporate Sponsor for WLT. Done? – Shannon - Check sent but not cashed

22. WLT MOU (Chris P/Paul K). – Waiting for dust to settle around trial closer issue in Glacier Park (Westerly)
23. Any news from corporate? (Wayne/Chris N) - NEMBA Focused meetings. Open to all members. RI event Tuesday may 31st – Dennis to be there
