      1. Dennis working with Glocester Land Trust, potentially ideal scenario - more snow, on-site storage, possibly even staff to operate it.

      2. Sell the snow dog? Donate the proceeds to RI chapter or maybe quiet corner

      3. Chris D suggesting last ditch effort with DEM. They require 2 people for safety, and they also require a registration as a snowmobile.

    1. Diamond Hill: April 7, 2024, rain date April 14, 2024

      1. Need to cancel these dates as construction will not be complete in the parking lot No updates on construction dates.

      2. DEM open to rescheduling later in the year.  We need to avoid opening weekend for fall hunting.  We can coordinate dates with DEM to check for conflicts

    2. Ebb and Flow beer release fun ride - April 7,2024

      1. Permit submitted to DEM.  Need to move rain date to Apr-21 (April 14 is the opening weekend for turkey hunting) 

      2. Routes – led routes, (7) ride leaders, staggered start

      3. Registration setup/break down

      4. Arrows – not needed

      5. Signage – Extras for raffles/sale at the event, alternative to event T-shirt

      6. After party at Grey Sails - beer tickets for signups

      7. Beer coozie idea? Grey Sail needs to approve

    3. MBAS ride for Woody Hill – July 14, 2024 – Planning needed

  1. Beginner Clinics

    1. Ryan Park beginner ride event  May 18 - Chelsea from NK gave Dennis some more detail on the town anniversary, and plan for a ride coinciding with that event.

    2. Need ride leaders

    3. Print shirts for sale - No, better to sell existing inventory

    4. 30 to 60 minute instructional clinic

    5. Lead rides, different categories. 75 riders, discount for RINEMBA and NK residents

    6. Promotion - Trek, Ride-On, etc.

    4. A total of $20,000 in trail grants will be available through donations made by Greater Boston and North Shore chapters

    5. NEMBA Trail Grants – Applications due March 29

    6. NEMBA Trail Grants: $500 to $1,500 – Awarded April 13

    7. NEMBA Signature Trail Grants: $1,000 to $10,000 – 2 part application, 2 deadlines – Awarded April 27

    1. Glocester Land Trust approved a motion to move forward on a partnership with RINEMBA to build a professionally designed mountain bike trail in Sprague Farm

    2. We need to contact professional trail builders and create a first steps action plan before the next meeting

    3. Apply for a NEMBA signature ($10k) trail grant to go towards the master plan

  6. Cumberland Town pump track

    1. Groundbreaking scheduled for May-2024

    2. NEMBA contribution $1000 approved

    3. NEMBA Trail Grant application - Dennis/Willem

    4. RINEMBA getting a deal on a Topeak tool stand $700
