Payments/Reimbursements – Status Update
Upcoming: Cyrus and Mike P (Trail School): $139.87 each
Action: Shannon to follow up on checks to send- spring expenses

Orange Season
Over until September 13 - Create media post
Action: Adam- please put out an end to orange season post
2025 Fun Rides
DEM License Agreement approved
Echo Lake Project
$15,000 design contract signed - meeting with DEM to discuss next steps
Big River Comprehensive Management Plan
Big River management plan- no updates
Action: Dennis to reach out to Peter and Allen about comprehensive plan
4. NEMBA Corporate Updates
Board Restructure
Updates from Wayne:
EC meeting in July. Performance Review of Nicole, 6-7 week process. Board voted her a 8% raise over 3 years
Quebec trip coming up
Email from Nicole, asking for Chapter presidents to come together, group that would meet so many times a year
Wayne would like to continue on for another year at least
Insurance might be moved to January 1, positive response
Next BOD meeting Oct 18
NEMBA Trail design guidelines- looking for feedback on draft
NEMBA discount for Outdoor Pro Link, lots of road gear, check emails
NEMBA has put together a photo library, we can use for promo purposes, smug something- check email. We could share ours as well.

Big River Fun Ride – September 14
Wayne to lead, help from Nick M.
Discussion on Park and Ride detour, discussion with rovers, time to work on trails in early September, hope for no rain. Next RR ride 8/24
Incredible new bridge out there a coordination between rovers!
Pricing for the fun ride discussed
Need to know where funds are going for. Last year we donated $2000 to cancer research. Small amount, doesn't help much. $2000 towards trails does make a difference, have a bigger health impact than cancer research
Vote: 80% to trail building/20% to local charities- Wayne motioned, Seconded by Charles
Plan on budgetary item moving forward

Coordinate a enduro race at diamond hill as fundraiser?
Messaging about what an enduro race is, nuance about racing that we could teach DEM. Could be a 20k event.

10. Ride Area Updates
Lincoln Woods- dry but awesome, Willem, Blaze doing work, clearing downed trees
Diamond Hill? Jay says it looks the same, some fun stuff on ski hill side. Blown out but fun
Woody Hill- Gnomes taking care of things, new trail to get around the big rock roller by Y bridge
Arcadia- Lots of downed trees, big arcadia cleanup coming up
Big River- Bridge! Jim Grimly found a route and cheers to rovers and volunteers
Burlingame- Interpretation of Jason to push trails as fire breaks
Ryan Park- Good

Pit Bull attack in Arcadia- older gentleman on blood thinners
Discussion about if its our place, decided it belongs to DEM enforcement
We may want to do a social media post about staying safe on trail
