Big River Cleanup Event April 22nd
Big River Cleanup, Earth day, Saturday April 22nd 8:30 at the exit 6a Park & Ride (the GTech Exit). Bring your family and friends. Rain or shime.
Raffle and food. Like last year, we expect to have RI NEMBA t shirts for all our mountain bikers. Hot Dogs, Burgers and nibbles at noon at the Big River Inn starting about noon.
The fact that about 30 mountain bikers or more have shown up the last two years to help has made a huge difference in how we are perceived by the Water Resources Board and the West Greenwich Conservation Commission. This is really helping get a positive image out there for mountain biking.
Please Please Please come and bring your significant other. There’s big stuff to move but also just walking along the road and picking up the trash in that first 50′. The town supplies dumpsters. The WG Conservation Commision supplies gloves and bags. Last year we filled five full truck size dumpsters!!!!
Give a morning to help keep our access to trails in Big River.

Any plans on getting rid of the boat located at the Burnt Sawmill lower lot?

The boat is GONE! Along with 15 dumpsters worth of rubbish, and approximately 8 vehicles.
