Arcadia Ride Series Begins June 27th
RI Nemba Arcadia Ride Series begins this Sunday June 27th, leaves after 9am at the Browning Mill Pond parking lot. Beginner to advanced welcome. This is a ride leader led ride. Depending on who shows up the group will break into smaller groups (by rider ability). Usually two or three groups. Plan on one and a half to 2 -3 hrs of riding depending on what your group decides to do (sorta democracy in action in the woods).
If you know the trails, its ALWAYS better to have more ride leaders, so speak up or email bart if you can help out (angelo1100@cox.net). Bart could use some assistance and I’m out of town this weekend.
directions to Browning Mill Pond, Arcadia:
95 to rt 102 South, at rt 3 turn right and follow to intersection with rt 165, turn right onto 165. About a mile down 165 look for Arcadia Rd on left (also large brown sign for the park). Take left. About a mile down Arcadia Rd look for pond and parking pretty large dirt lot on right (also with large sign).

Also, while your in your calender, be sure to mark the SECOND annual Big River Fun RIde Sept 12th, 9am 95 exit 7 Park & Ride. Arrowed loops for moderate beginner to advanced riders, will likely be 10- 20- 25++ options for riding.

PS: remember, if you’re a nemba member, participation in any of these rides and signing the ride wavier gets you a shot at a free bike! Actually two bikes. One is the RI Nemba raffle (in Dec), the other is the Nemba raffle (for a Moots 29er soft tail)!!!! So, hey, you might as well ride with a group and get a shot at a free bike!!!
