Ok Ok Ok, so my mileage counts were a little under. The 8 was more like 9.5, 15 more like 18, the 25, well, when they got back they were tired but happy. Perfect day, great trail conditions.
The event grossed over a $1,000. for next years Big River Cleanup.
Thanks to the Water Resources Board, their new director, Kenneth Berk, and field engineer Romeo Mendes for giving us the first ever permit to hold a fun ride in Big River (we had a permit last year for a beginner’s mountain bike clinc). I think we proved beyond a shadow of a doubt we can pull this off with little to no impact on the trails.
